Our Story
Founded in 1996 as a family-run tutoring service in the leafy suburbs of Alderley Edge, Cheshire, Educate With Excellence began with a simple mission: to deliver tailored learning experiences that truly make a difference.
Our founder, Dr. Layla Rajah, a passionate young graduate, started the business with just a few students — but a powerful vision. Her belief in the transformative power of personalized education was ahead of its time. Even before online tutoring became mainstream, we championed the flexibility and accessibility of remote learning.
The global shift during the COVID-19 pandemic proved what we had always believed: that quality education should be adaptable, accessible, and student-centered.
Now led by the founder’s son, Mr. Haroon Rajah (CEO), and his wife, Mrs. Ayesha Rajah (COO), the second generation continues to grow our legacy with passion, innovation, and a relentless commitment to student success.
