Conventions: Apply active and passive voice, use verbals (gerunds, participles, infinitives), and punctuate for emphasis and effect.
Speaking & Listening: Present ideas effectively, incorporating evidence and multimedia elements.

Functions: Understand and model relationships between variables using functions.
Algebra: Solve systems of equations and inequalities; work with irrational numbers.
Geometry: Apply the Pythagorean Theorem and explore transformations on the coordinate plane.
Mathematical Modeling: Use algebra to represent and solve real-world problems.
Reasoning Skills: Develop abstract reasoning and strategic problem-solving techniques.

Physical Science: Study chemistry concepts, Newton’s laws of motion, and forces.
Earth & Space Science: Explore astronomy, climate systems, and Earth’s place in the universe.
Engineering & Technology: Apply engineering design processes to solve problems connected to global challenges.
Scientific Practices: Conduct inquiry-based investigations, analyze data, and create models to explain findings.
